Hardware Warranty
All items sold by Discover Lasers LLC and DiscoverLasers.com carry full factory warranties. Any product received damaged or defective will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer within the first 30 days (within the USA and Canada). After the first 30 days the manufacturer warranty is in full effect and if any product service or repair is needed, the manufacturer warranty will come into play and take care of the customer for parts and labor. After the warranty expires, service will still be available and for a nominal fee of just $200-$300. Nearly anything can be repaired (at the manufacturer's discretion).
Shipping Policy
Discover Lasers LLC offers free shipping in the US on all purchases over $300, except for extra heavy products or at our discretion in unique circumstances. Shipping time depends upon product(s) ordered. Most items are in stock and will be shipped via Insured UPS or USPS with signature required, for your protection. You can expect arrival with our free shipping program within one week. If you are from another country please request a shipping quote as prices vary, however, we often can provide free shipping for International orders as well. Items that are refused or cancelled after the item is shipped and before it arrives at your location will incur a minimum 5% refund fee plus any shipping costs (shipping to and from your location), even if free shipping. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
International Shipping
If you are shipping to a country outside the U.S., please request a shipping quote as prices vary. However, we often can provide free shipping for International orders as well. For International orders, the only form of payment that we accept is direct bank wire transfer.
Cancelled Order Policy
When a customer purchases a laser or other product through one of our websites and then changes their mind after the batch has closed and the funds have been processed by the credit card company, a non-refundable 3% fee is charged. Consequently, we reserve the right to issue a refund minus 3%.

Items that are refused or cancelled after the item is shipped and before it arrives at your location will incur a minimum 5% refund fee plus any shipping costs (shipping to and from your location), even if free shipping. These fees will be deducted from your refund, and will not be refunded until after we receive the item back.
Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Most products* have a 30-day money-back guarantee or trade-up option if deemed necessary. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply call within 30 days of purchase date for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The order must be put it in the mail within 1 week of receiving the RA number. A 15% restocking fee is all we charge. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of receipt of your item.
Items that are requested for return more than 30 days after order placed will not be refunded. We do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items. A money-back guarantee is not offered or available for customers outside of the United States due to the complexities of dealing with international borders.

Packaging Returned Orders
In order to qualify for the refund, the request must be made within 30 days of placing the order, the item must be in "like new" condition, meaning new condition with no marks, tears, scratches or erasures on the original product, and with all original packaging, literature, manuals, bags, etc. Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. The return authorization number must be written on the return label when shipped back. Packages sent without the RA number may be refused.
Shipping Returned Orders
The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns unless defective or damaged. Discover Lasers LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items sent back by a customer. We recommend all return packages be insured.
Please provide Discover Lasers LLC with a tracking number upon shipment so that we can know to keep an eye out for it to arrive. It is highly advised to send the product back via a traceable method such as UPS or Fed Ex or USPS Priority.

International Order Policy
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA & CANADA, we do not accept credit cards, but we do provide bank wire transfer info upon valid order request. All ORDERS shipped to any country outside of the USA, do NOT include any customs charges, duty charges or tax/VAT fees, which your country may charge you prior to handing over your item.
