WARRANTY:

All items sold by Discover Lasers LLC carry full factory warranties. Any product received damaged or defective will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Discover Lasers LLC offers free shipping in North America (inc. AK,HI) on all purchases over $300 and Free Shipping on International Orders over $2500.

Items that are refused or cancelled after the item is shipped and before it arrives at your location will incur a minimum 5% refund fee plus any shipping costs (shipping to and from your location), even if free shipping. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS – REFUND POLICY:

All Sales are Final. Customer has a 3 day right to cancel order and receive a full refund, minus shipping fee if the product has already been shipped. And the product must be returned and received back in new condition before refund is issued. All items sold by Discover Lasers LLC carry full factory warranties. Any product received damaged or defective will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE US AND CANADA, we do not accept credit cards. All shipping prices to any country outside of the USA, do NOT include any customs charges, duty charges or tax charges, which your country may charge you. To find out what your charges may be you will need to contact your local customs office. Discover Lasers LLC is not responsible for these charges. The customer will be responsible for all custom duty charges and any local and federal taxes that may be added to the shipment. Customers who decline to pay any custom duty charges will be automatically charged this rate if Customs bills Discover Lasers LLC.

We are restricted from doing business in Nigeria, Singapore, Indonesia and some other countries as well.
